U7s Enjoy Exciting Football Festival

May 14, 2026

On Thursday, 14th May, our U7 football teams travelled to Peponi House to take part in a friendly football festival featuring four schools: Peponi House, Kenton College, Nairobi International School (NIS), and Braeburn School. Each school entered two teams, creating a busy and exciting afternoon of football.

Both Braeburn teams produced energetic and determined performances throughout the festival. Our Team A earned a 2–2 draw against Kenton (A), while Team B secured a strong 1–0 victory over Kenton (B). There were also entertaining draws against NIS and Peponi, alongside several closely contested matches that showcased the children’s growing confidence, teamwork, and enthusiasm for the game.

Throughout the festival, the players demonstrated excellent sportsmanship, resilience, and enjoyment in every match. The event provided a valuable opportunity for the children to develop their football skills in a fun and supportive environment.

At the end of the festival, every child received a certificate in recognition of their participation and positive attitude. The teams thoroughly enjoyed the experience and are already looking forward to their next football festival.
